Santa Barbara Yacht Club

The Yacht club hired Arndt construction for preconstruction and construction of 2 seperate projects, a 2nd floor remodel while the club was closed due to Covid restrictions, and a follow up project to make significant structural upgrades and remodel the 1st floor. Both projects required the other floor to remain functional and useable during the work effort. Each phase of the project was completed in 6 months at a fast tracked pace.
