Founded by Vinny Arndt, Arndt Construction Inc. has been serving Santa Barbara County with precision and integrity for over 15 years. What began as a locally owned contracting business in 2005 has grown into a trusted general contractor known for delivering exceptional residential and commercial projects.

Before launching his own firm, Mr.Arndt spent over a decade managing complex construction projects across the region. He held senior roles at Cushman Contracting and Cottage Hospital Santa Barbara, where he served as Project Manager during the construction phase of their new hospital campus.

His hands-on experience, combined with his deep understanding of Santa Barbara’s unique landscape of permitting, design, and construction became the foundation for Arndt Construction’s reputation: high standards, honest communication, and consistent results.
