Rosewood Miramar Beach

The project entailed the construction of one new ground up retail space adjacent to the existing Manor building, and the conversion of four hotel bungalows into 2 additional retail spaces. This was an extremely intensive logistical effort all focused around the construction work being invisible to hotel guests. The project work site was encircled with a temporary 10' wood sound wall with ficus plantings in front of it for screening.
