This project came to Arndt as a referral from a prior client. The project scope was purely a restoration of a very detailed existing house after a major plumbing flood. The Arndt team quickly engaged with the Owner and the restoration sub to mitigate the damage and start the restoration process. The project was completed in 6 months.
