Pedregosa Surgical Office

This project consisted of a complete remodel of an existing medical office building for use by new tenants, and to also allow for slitting of the building from a one tenant building to a two tenant building. Arndt did a quick facelift to ⅓ of the building so that our client could reasonably continue operations in part of the space while we did the final tenant improvements to the balance of the space.
