Hope Ranch Residence

Our clients bought this unfinished house with only the shell framed. The Owners, and the Architect, Anacapa quickly pivoted the design to a more modern aesthetic and pursued design revisions through the County while also keeping the build moving.  The framing revisions and the window and door install was handled by the internal Arndt crew.
