Vinny Arndt
President of Arndt Construction Inc.
B.S. in Construction Management
Vinny started Arndt Construction Inc. in 2005, and then incorporated in 2014. Prior to establishing his own Santa Barbara based construction business, Vinny held Project Management and Project Engineer positions at both Cushman Contracting (6 yrs) and Cottage Hospital Santa Barbara as their Project Manager (7 yrs) for the construction phase of their new campus.
His expertise comes through in his astute attention to detail, articulation of building standards and strategy within Santa Barbara County (Montecito & Goleta), commitment to excellence, and his reputation for delivering on time and within budget. Vinny understands that each project is unique and important, and is accompanied by its own set of requirements and standards. Eric Schmitz
PROJECT MANAGER
With over 9 years of experience, Eric specializes in the management of Commercial construction, including multi-million dollar OSHPD Healthcare projects. He holds a B.S. in both Construction Management and Architecture from WA State University.
